The elevation on this home morphed into this stunning minimalists style over the design process. The client opted for vertical timber in lieu of the black horizontal cladding which has soften the brutalist style nicely. It is not uncommon for a home to alter it's look during the design and even construction stage. The use of the timber cladding (Accoya) over the garage door has almost made it invisible and it showcases the timber feature even more.
