Unfortunately, this design never hit the ground but it still is a stunning concept. A corner lot with a considerable fall towards the back meant this house lent itself to have an undercroft. Views towards the river needed to be taken advantage of also. The master suite, study and main living area all enjoyed the view as well a rooftop terrace which ensured no one would miss out on the vista.
