This young active family needed a home that they could grow into; so particular multifunctional rooms had to be considered to future proof the house. The entry had to be a statement, so the staircase becomes a feature in itself. along with this, a central courtyard was incorporated to create another visual point of interest as well as flooding the entry foyer with natural light.
