Located in a northern beachside estate, this site commanded stunning views across the Indian ocean. Understandably the client's main design brief was to take advantage of the views as much as possible. The outcome was a home where views were able to be enjoyed from the main living area, kitchen, rear balcony and master bedroom suite upstairs as well as from the ground floor games and alfresco entertaining areas.
